“The Laugh & Run Show features a free, all paces welcome, group run at 12pm followed by the show with headliner Tommy McClellan-Willard at 1pm. Tommy has been seen on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and his stand up album was #1 on Amazon. As an athlete, he qualified on team USA for the Winter Triathlon World Championships. This show is about bringing people together through laughter and running.”
The run is free ( the comedy show is not ), all paces welcome and is family friend.
The run will be no more than 3 miles. (Still working out the route). We recommend bringing a change of clothes for the show if you wish to do so as you may be sweaty after the run.
Joining the run and the show is a great way to get moving with a community and get endorphins both from running and laughing.…
